Every month, residents can place up to three items out for collection. One day per month is set aside for this collection. All you have to do is call 311 and tell them:

1. Your address
2. Your telephone #
3. What 3 items

Call three (3) or more working days before your scheduled date. If you do not know your day, please call 311 or schedule your collection using 311 Online.
